—ACTNO. 6767 BILL NO. 26-0101 TWENT Y-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To provide for a lumpsum appropriation from the Indirect Cost Fund for salaries, operating expenses and for other purposes, for the Office of Management and Budget, the Division of Personnel, the Department of Property and Procurement and the Department of Finance for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006 --0-- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Indirect Cost Fund for operating expenses, including wages and salaries, and other purposes of the Office of Management and Budget, the Division of Personnel, the Department of Property and Procurement and the Department of Finance for fiscal year ending September 30, 2006. The funds remain available until expended. …
