ACT NO, 7029 BILL NO. 27-0225 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act appropriating monies from the Antilitter and Beautification Fund to the Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009 --0-- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Antilitter and Beautification Fund in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands, in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009, and remain available until expended for the purposes hereafter expressly named: FISCAL YEAR = 2009 2043 ANTI-LITTER AND BEAUTIFICATION 620 VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY TOTAL VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY 3,823,668 TOTAL ANTI-LITTER AND BEAUTIFICATION 3,823,668 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 18, 2008. …
