GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Public Services Commission Inre Consolidated Applications for Transfer of Control of the Virgin Islands Telephone Corporation d/b/a Innovative Telephone Docket No. 653 Order No. 49/2019 Caribbean Communications Corp. d/b/a Innovative Cable TV St. Thomas-St. John St. Croix Cable TV, Inc. d/b/a Innovative Cable TV St. Croix eee eee ee wae me ORDER WHEREAS, on April 17, 2019, the Virgin Islands Telephone Corporation (hereinafter “VITELCO” or “Company”) DBA “Viya”; submitted a request to the Virgin Islands Public Services (hereinafter “Commission” or “PSC”) seeking a waiver and extension of time no later than May 31, 2019, to file its annual audited financials; and WHEREAS, on May 21, 2019, Viya submitted a second request to the Commission seeking a waiver and extension of additional time until June 30, 2019, to file its comprehensive financials pursuant to Section 10 of PSC Consent Order 54/2016: and WHEREAS, on June 12, 2019, the Commission met in regular session at its office on St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands and at the Virgin Islands Board of Education office on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, upon review and deliberation, the Commission voted to GRANT Viya an extension to June 30, 2019, to file its required documents; and NOW THEREFORE, the Commission ORDERS that Viya’s request for an extension of time to file its annual financial statements be GRANTED until June 30, 2019.
