ACT NO.660 1 BILL NO. 25-0074 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To rezone Parcel No. 7 Estate Agnes Fancy, No. 8H Great Northside Quarter, St. Thomas, from R-1 (Residential- Low Density) to R-2 (Residential - Low Density, One and Two Family) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 29, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas, is amended by changing the zoning designations of Parcel No. 7 Estate Agnes Fancy, No. 8H Great Northside Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 3.32 acres, as shown on PWD No. A3-50-T41, from R-1 (Residential- Low Density) to R-2 (Residential — Low Density, One and Two Family).
