ACT NO, 797% BILL NO. 31-0504 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act granting a zoning use variance for Parcel No. 125 Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2 & 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, to allow for a feed shop and associated storage ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance from the R-2 (Residential - Low Density - One and Two Family) zoning designation is granted for Parcel No. 125 Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2 & 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.37 U.S. acres, as more adequately shown on OLG Drawing No. D9-8995-T015, to allow for a feed shop and associated storage. All the other requirements of the R-2 (Residential - Low Density — One and Two Family) zoning designation continue to apply to the property.
