Blyden Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Title 27 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 9, section 305b is amended as 2 follows: 3 (a) Subsection (c), paragraphs (1) and (2), strike “18” and insert “21”; 4 (b) Subsection (d), strike “18” and insert “21”; and 5 (c) Subsection (e), strike “18” and insert “21”. 6 BILL SUMMARY 7 This bill seeks to raise the legal age to purchase tobacco products from 18 to 21 years of 8 age. 9 BR24-1097/June 4, 2024/PFA 10
