1 Wireless Network Access in the Dorms Depending on which dorm you live in on campus, you will be connecting to one of five SSIDs. Please see the legend below. Dormitory Wireless SSID East Halls UVI_EHall South Dorms UVI_SDorms North Dorms UVI_NDorms Middle Dorms UVI_MDorms Faculty East UVI_FEDorms FF – St. Croix UVI_Dorm_WIFI HH - St. Croix UVI_Dorm_WIFI DD - St. Croix UVI_Dorm_WIFI BB - St. Croix UVI_Dorm_WIFI When you open Internet Explorer, you will receive a security certificate message. Please click ‘Continue to this website’. 2 You will then be redirected to a log in screen. Username = 9XXXXXXXX (Student ID) *Please Note* In order to use the wireless network, you must log on to a computer in the computer lab and change your initial password. If your username/password is incorrect, you will receive the adjacent message. You will also receive this message if you haven’t changed your initial password from ‘WelcomeUVI’ If you receive this error, please contact the HelpDesk @ ext 1466 for assistance. 3 Once you have been granted access, you will receive the following message. …
