ACTNO. 8288 BILL NO. 33-0264 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act appropriating $500,000 from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund to the Caribbean Drag Racing Association for infrastructure improvements at the St. Croix Motor Sports Complex; requiring that the Caribbean Drag Racing Association comply with the requirements under 2 V.I.C. §29 and requiring the title to any improvements made at the St. Croix motor sports complex to vest in the V.I. Port Authority ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $500,000 is appropriated in fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund to the Caribbean Drag Racing Association for infrastructure improvements at the St. Croix Motor Sports Complex. SECTION 2. The sum appropriated in Section | remains available until expended. SECTION 3. The Caribbean Drag Racing Association shall comply with the financial disclosure requirements under 2 V.I.C. §29 in administering the funds appropriated in Section 1 of this act. SECTION 4. …
