ACT NO. 6800 BILL NO. 26-0151 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To provide appropriations to fund various projects and for related other purposes ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $1,500,000 is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2005, to the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority to pay outstanding bills incurred by departments and agencies of the Executive Branch. SECTION 2. The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2005, to the Motor Vehicle Bureau for the purchase of equipment and supplies and the general maintenance of its facilities. SECTION 3. The sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2005, to the Economic Development Authority to be used for the Micro Credit Loan program in the District of St. Thomas and St. John.
