ACTNO. 8303 BILL NO. 33-0224 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act amending title 14, chapter 23, section 485(f) of the Virgin Islands Code by increasing the fines for selling or serving alcoholic beverages to minors ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 14, Chapter 23, section 485 of the Virgin Islands Code is amended in the following instances: (a) Subsection (c) is amended by designating the existing provisions as paragraph (1) and adding a paragraph (2) that reads as follows: “ (2) The owner of any nightclub, bar or dance hall holding a license to dispense alcoholic beverage shall require every person entering the establishment to furnish a government-issued identification card, including without limitation a passport, driver’s license, military identification card or Virgin Islands Identification Card issued under 20 V.L.C. …
