ACTNO. 7283 BILL NO. 29-0169 Twenty-Ninth Legislature Of The Virgin Islands Regular Session 2011 An Act appropriating funds from the Antilitter and Beautification Fund to the Waste Management Authority and the Department of Public Works for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Antilitter and Beautification Fund in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands, created by Act No 5661 (Bill No. 18-0320) enacted December 17, 1990 to the Waste Management Authority and the Department of Public Works, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012, for the purposes hereafter expressly named: FISCAL YEAR 2012 2043 ANTI-LITTER AND BEAUTIFICATION 610 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS $1,000,000 620 VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY TOTAL V. I. WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY $3,173,274 TOTAL ANTI-LITTER AND BEAUTIFICATION $4,173,274 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 21, 2011. …
