BILL NO. 25-0235 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To appropriate the-sum of $13,000,000 from the Transportation Trust Fund as a contribution to the General Fund ---0)--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3003a (e) or any other law to the contrary, the sum of $13,000,000 is appropriated from the Transportation Trust Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2005, to the General Fund in the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands as a contribution.
