ACT NO.646%7 BILL NO 24-0171 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-7 for Plot No. 33, Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas from A-] to C and to grant a zoning variance for Parcel No. 156 Hospital Ground, St. Thomas, for the purpose of operating a tavern ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 33, Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of 27.835 U.S. acres as more fully described on the Office of the Lt. Governor File No. D9-6750-T000, from A-1 (Agricultural Zone) to C (Commercial). SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, a zoning variance from the zoning designation existing on the effective date of this Act is granted to Parcel No. 156 Hospital Ground, Kings Quarter, St. …
