Act No. 8759 as further amended by Act No. 8784 is amended in C/CNTR 2 AGENCY/MISC ITEM GVI AUTONOMOUS/SEMI-AUTONOMOUS/DIVISION line-item 3 VI ELECTIONS PRIMARY AND GENERAL by inserting “Available until February 28, 4 2025” 5 BILL SUMMARY 6 This bill appropriates $2,750,000 from the General Fund of the Treasury of the 7 Government of the Virgin Islands, of which $250,00 is appropriated to the Virgin Islands Board 8 of Elections and $2,500,000 is appropriated to the Elections Systems of the Virgin Islands for 9 the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. 10 BR24-1300/BUDGET/September 18, 2024 11
