ACT NO.8 9 0 9 BILL NO. 35-0362 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act providing an appropriation from the Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Fund as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands in the fiscal year October 1. 2024. through September 30, 2025 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the sum of S20,000,000 is appropriated from the Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025, as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands.
