ACTNO. 6962 BILL NO. 27-0123 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act granting a zoning variance for Parcel Nos. 59, 60 and 61 Estate Little Fountain, King Quarter, St. Croix from the R-1 (Residential-Low Density) zoning designation to allow for the operation of a Bed and Breakfast facility ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of 29 V.I.C., §238a, a use variance from the R-1 (Residential — Low Density) zoning designation is granted for Parcel Nos. 59, 60 and 61 Estate Little Fountain, King Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 1.41 U.S. acres, more or less, as shown on O.L.G. Drawing No. 2554, dated February 10, 1969, to allow for the operation of a Bed and Breakfast facility. All other requirements of the R-1 zoning designation continue to apply.
