ACTNO. 7918 BILL NO. 31-0425 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act providing for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Labor Management Committee for fiscal year October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017 ---0)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017 the sum of $1,106,370 to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses. SECTION 2. There is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017 the sum of $175,000 to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses. SECTION 3. The sums appropriated in sections 1 and 2 remain available until expended. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 21, 2016.
