ACTNO, 7504 BILL NO. 30-0181 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act granting Plot No. 205 Barren Spot, King Quarter, St. Croix a use variance from the R-2 (Residential — Low Density — One and Two Family) zoning designation Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, subchapter 1, section 238a of the Virgin Islands Code, a variance is granted from the uses allowed in the R-2 (Residential — Low Density —- One and Two Family) zoning designation for Plot No. 205 Estate Barren Spot, King Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.2448 U.S. acres, as more fully shown and described on OLG Map No. 4266, to allow for operation of a beauty salon. All other requirements of the R-2 zoning district continue to apply. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 7, 2013.
