ACTNO.8 88 3 BILL NO. 35-0321 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act amending the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-11 for the island of St. Croix to change the zoning designation of Plot No. 1068 Estate Williams Delight, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential- Medium Density) —-0-—- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-11 for the island of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 1068 Estate Williams Delight, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of 0.308 U.S. acres, more or less, as shown on Survey Drawing No. 4096, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density).
