ACTNO. 6775 BILL NO. 26-0109 ' TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To appropriate $13,000,000 from the Transportation Trust Fund as a contribution to the Genera] Fund --0-- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3003a, subsection (e), $13,000,000 is appropriated out of the Transportation Trust Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006 as a contribution to the Genera] Fund. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Jslands on September 23, 2005. Witnessed our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this Bove Day of September, A.D., 2005.
