ACT NO. 7117 BILL NO. 28-0123 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Department of Public Works and the Waste Management Agency from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2009, through September 30, 2010 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Department of Public Works and the Waste Management Agency for the fiscal year October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. …
