ACT NO. 6'742 BILL NO. 26-0053 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2005 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for Parcels No.1] and No.12 Estate Prosperity, West End Quarter, Frederiksted, St. Croix, from A-1 (Agriculture) to R-1 (Residential — Low Density) ---()--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcels No.1] and No.12 Estate Prosperity. West End Quarter, Frederiksted. St. Croix, consisting of approximately 1.10192 U.S. acres, as more accurately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 1378, dated March 8, 1963, as revised, from A (Agriculture) to R-1 (Residential—Low Density).
