The Director of the Office of Management and Budget is hereby authorized to allocate from the miscellaneous section of the 2002 Fiscal Year Budget the sum of $44 Million Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to each department or agency of the Executive Branch of the Government of the Virgin Islands to cover employee salary increases.
