Tite 19 Virgin fslands Code, chapter 16, section 243 is amended as follows: (a) Subsection (b) is amended by striking all existing language and inserting the following in its stead: “The Corporation shall be administered by a Board of Directors consisting of 13 members as follows: five members representing the District Board of St. Croix, five members representing the District Board of St, Thomas-St. John, and three cabinet level members or 4. appropriate designee. …
