ACTNO. 8046 BILL NO. 32-0188 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act appropriating $3,500,000 from the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund for maintenance dredging of the Schooner Bay Channel a--Q--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 33 V.I.C. § 3087 (a), the sum of $3,500,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2018, from the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund for maintenance dredging of the Schooner Bay Channel on St. Croix. SECTION 2. The sum appropriated in section 1 remains available until expended. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on April 4, 2018.
