ACTNO. 7203 BILL NO. 28-0243 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act to amend 16 V.LC., chapter 201, to clarify the powers of the Family Division of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands and 14 V.I.C., chapter 23, to clarify and establish the duty’af persons responsible for the care of minors relating to potential criminal penalties for a breach of such duty Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1.
