ACTNO. 7909 BILL NO. 31-0415 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act appropriating the sum of $1,100,000 from the interest earned on debt service reserves as a contribution to the General Fund aa-Q--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $1,100,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017 from the interest earned on debt service reserves as a contribution to the General Fund.
