Joseph Stadium - Request for Project Details Importance: High   Good Day Commissioner Gabriel, I hope you are doing well. I am following up once again regarding the project information requests submitted on July 18 and again on July 25 concerning the Paul E. Joseph Stadium. These were sent on behalf of Senator-at-Large Angel L. Bolques Jr., in his capacity as Chair of the Committee on Culture, Youth, Aging, Sports, and Parks. As of today, July 30, we have not received any response or acknowledgment from your office. I want to express that this lack of communication is not only disappointing, but it also undermines the committee’s responsibility to the public in providing transparent and timely oversight of ongoing projects. While I fully understand that schedules can be demanding and unexpected delays happen, this request was made formally through the Committee Chair and should be treated with the level of seriousness and respect that legislative oversight requires. We are simply asking for: A detailed and updated project schedule A summary of current progress (including percentage of completion) Projected completion date(s), with any known delays or revised timelines If there are challenges in compiling this information, please let us know. Even a brief update would be appreciated at this point. I kindly ask that this matter be prioritized so that we can properly support the work of the Committee and the people we serve. Thank you in advance for your time and attention. Have a wonderful day! Judy Torres  Communications and Public Relations Manager Office of Senator-At-Large Angel L. On July 18, 2025, a formal request was submitted through the Chair of the Committee on Culture, Youth, Aging, Sports, and Parks, Senator Angel L. Bolques Jr., seeking critical project information regarding the Paul E. Joseph Stadium. We understand that Commissioner Gabriel is currently out of the territory. If there are any issues preventing full submission today, we ask that a status update or partial documentation be provided before the close of business.
