ACTNG 8203 BILL NO. 33-0085 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2019 An Act amending title 2, chapter 9, section 154(a) of the Virgin Islands Code by increasing the number of days for the appointment of members to the Legislative Youth Advisory Council ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature oft/ic Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 2, chapter 9, section 154(a) of the Virgin Islands Code is amended by striking “60” and inserting “180” in its place and by striking “Legislature” and inserting “term of the Council” in its place. SECTION 2. Title 2, chapter 9, section 162 of the Virgin Islands Code is amended in the second sentence by striking “Legislature” where it appears in the second instance and inserting “new term of the Council” in its place.
