ACTNO. 8356 BILL NO. 33-0403 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act providing an appropriation from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to the Department of Education, the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Sports, Parks and Recreation during the fiscal year October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from any funds available in the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to the Department of Education for inter-scholastic competitions of the Virgin Islands public high schools athletes in games in the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, to the Department of Agriculture for operational expenses and to the Department of Sports, Parks and Recreation for recreation and sports activity programs in fiscal year October 1, 202,0 to September 30, 2021 and shall remain available until expended. …
