Act No. 6309 (BILL NO. 23-0107) (Approved December 1, 1999) To repeal certain provisions of Act No. 6152 and Act No. 6269 in order to provide general authority not limited to any fiscal year, to sell delinquent property tax liens Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 6152, Section 4 is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Act No. 6269, Section 2(f) is amended by striking "for all years prior to and including 1995 are delinquent".
