Vialet Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Act No. 9035 is amended as follows: 2 (a) In in Section 1, Item T by inserting an “*” after “IAA ATHLETIC PROGRAM” 3 and “INTERSCHOLASTIC SPORTS”; and 4 (b) in C/CNTR MISCELLANEOUS ORGANIZATIONS FY 2026 as follows: 5 (1) By inserting after “DHS YOUTH ARISE, INC* $5,000” the following: 6 DOA Humane Society STT $175,000 7 DOA R.E.A.L. Cats Spay/Neuter Program $ 22,500 8 DOA RUFF Start Spay/Neuter Program $ 22,500 9 DOA St. Croix Animal Welfare Center Spay/Neuter Program $ 50,000 10 DOA St. John Animal Welfare Center Spay/Neuter Program $ 20,000 11 DOA St. …

Cats Spay/Neuter Program $ 22,500 8 DOA RUFF Start Spay/Neuter Program $ 22,500 9 DOA St. Croix Animal Welfare Center Spay/Neuter Program $ 50,000 10 DOA St. John Animal Welfare Center Spay/Neuter Program $ 20,000 11 DOA St. Thomas Humane Society Spay/Neuter Program $ 50,000 12 DOA STJ Animal Care Center $ 50,000 13 DOA St. Croix Animal Welfare Center $175,000; 14 2 (2) DOE ST CROIX SCIENCE TEACHERS FARM is amended by striking 1 “FARM” and inserting “ASSOCIATION”; and 2 (3) by inserting an “*” after “DOH MIH PROGRAM” and “JFLH CASA DE 3 SALUD”. 4 (c) On page 13, in “ORG 800 DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND NATURAL 5 RESOURCES”: 6 (1) Insert the following line item after “UTILITIES”: 7 “DIVISION OF PERMITS PERSONNEL $600,000”; 8 (2) Strike $6,068,164” and insert “6,668,164”; and 9 (3) Strike “7,009,487” and insert “7,609,487”. 10 (d) On page 15, in “SUB-TOTAL GENERAL FUND”, strike “$684,841,974” and 11 insert “$685,441,974”; and 12 (e) On page 15, in “GRAND TOTAL GENERAL FUND”, strike “$738,601,274” and 13 insert “$739,201,274”. 14 SECTION 2.
