However, should oceasion arise a private patient may be admitted to a municipal hospital, with the eonsent of the Chief Municipal Physician, provided the regular hospltal charges for maintenance are paid into the Colonial Treasury. 4. All charges for private mediecal and surgical services must be moderate. It is not practicable to establish a fixed rate of charge for professional services, Wt in case of complaint of excessive charges, the Governor through the Medi- cal %ide will require the physician against whom such complaint is made to show cause why his loeal licens= should not be revoked.
