SPMO-managed projects account for $16.4 billion of the recovery effort. So far, 34 of the 38 projects are either under contract or in the contracting phase. ## Slide 7 Construction Activity Compression Peak overlap of major construction sectors occurs 2027-2029 Concurrent execution across four major sectors drives peak labor demand in 2028 Represents the estimated number of major projects in the active construction phase Projections are sensitive to weather, labor, and logistics constraints ## Slide 8 Other Priority Projects Outside of Rebuild USVI, the ODR is tracking an additional 87 projects in construction, with 33 more shovel-ready.
