ACTNO. 8436 BILL NO. 33-0269 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act amending the Virgin Islands Code, title 3, chapter 13, section 218, and title 31, chapters 23, 232 sections 236, 236a, 239, and 251 as relating to the Department of Property and Procurement ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 13, section 218 is amended as follows: (a) In subsection (a): (1) in paragraph (1) by striking “traffic management”: (2) by striking paragraph (6); (3) in paragraph (8) by striking “, legislative and judicial branches” and inserting “branch”; and (b) In subsection (b) by striking “Commissioner of Finance” and inserting “Office of Management and Budget”. SECTION 2. Title 31 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 23 is amended as follows: (a) Section 231 is amended by striking “and traffic management”. …
