ACTNO. 8534 BILL NO. 34-0178 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-!2 for the island of St. Croix to change the zoning designation of Plot No. 96 Estate Profit, King Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-3 (Business-Scattered), with restrictions Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 96 Estate Profit, King Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of 0.22038 acres as shown on Drawing No. 997, dated November 23, 1960, and revised September 20, 1968, from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-3 (Business-Scattered), but is restricted from the operation of night clubs, bars, taverns, or restaurants.
