ACTNO, 7571 BILL NO. 30-0193 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act amending title 5 Virgin Islands Code, Subtitle 1, Part 1V, Chapter 43, §478 as it relates to exemption of homesteads from judgment ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 5 Virgin Islands Code, Subtitle 1, Part IV, Chapter 43, §478 is amended in subsections (a) and (b) by striking the phrase “thirty thousand dollars” wherever it appears and inserting “three Hundred thousand dollars” in its stead.
