ACT NO.65 25 BILL NO. 24-0251 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To honor and commend Ms. Jessica Tutein-Moolenaar for her outstanding contnbutions in voicing her political opinion on the way the Virgin Islands should progress, especially Gallows Bay; and to rename the Gallows Bay Parking Lot constructed with the Lobster Lane Improvement Project in her honor ---0--- WHEREAS, Ms. Jessica Brenicia Tutem-Moolenaar, fifth child of Evelyn Melissa Harrigan and Phillip Giard Bornn Tutein, was born on August 23, 1924 at No. 1 Lagoon Street, Chnstiansted, St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, Ms. Jessica Brenicia Tutein-Moolenaar attended the Christiansted Public Grammar School (previously known as the Danish School) that is presently located at the site of the Florent Williams Public Library; and WHEREAS, Ms. …
