FR A MT a — a ETOE ACT NO. @1 ) 4 AUG 2.0 201 NOR BILL NO. 28-0157 GOVER TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act amending 3 V.LC., removing the jurisdiction of the Virgin Islands Drug Enforcement Bureau from the Office of the Governor by renaming and creating a new semiautonomous agency within the Executive Branch of the Government of the Virgin Islands to be known as “The Virgin Islands Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drug Control” ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION I. Title 3 V.LC., chapter 1, is amended by striking sections 27g and 27h in their entirety.; SECTION 2. Title 3, V.LC., is amended by adding a new “chapter 42” to read as follows: ‘§1214.
