ACTNO, 7746 BILL NO. 31-0082 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act amending title 28 V.LC., chapter 33, section 919 relating to annual audits of the books and records of managers or boards of Apartments and Condominiums ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 28 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 33, section 919 is amended in the following instances: (a) The second sentence is amended after “apartment” by inserting “or the condominium unit”; (b) After the second sentence, the following language is inserted: “The manager or Board of Directors shall also provide a copy of the profit and loss statement and bank statements on an annual basis, to each Apartment or Condominium unit owner of an Apartment or Condominium having ten or fewer units.”; and (c) The third sentence is amended after “records” by inserting “for Apartments or Condominiums with eleven or more apartment or condominium units. …
