ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION OF Z PROPERTY VI LLC, A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY I, the undersigned natural person of the age of eighteen (18) years or more, acting as Organizer of a limited liability company (Z Property VI LLC) under the Uniform Limited Liability Company Act, Chapter 15, Title 13, Virgin Islands Code (“Uniform Limited Liability Company Act”), do hereby adopt the following Articles of Organization for such limited liability company: ARTICLE 1 FORMATION I Name.
