The adult males made contact with the child on social media and made arrangements to meet the child at which time they had sexual relations with her on different dates, time and locations. Members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau were assigned to investigate this matter and learned that three adult males shared the child sexually. A warrant was sought and obtained for all three men. On April 28,2023 at 9:15 a.m., 18-year-old, Ajani Nicholas and 20-year-old Kevin Nicholas were arrested and charged with aggravated rape second. Their bail was set at $75,000.00. Both men were booked and processed, they were subsequently transported to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending their Advice of Rights Hearing, which is set for May 1, 2023, at the Superior Court. - END -
