ACT NO, 6729 BILL NO. 26-0009 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2005 To amend Official Zoning Maps No. STZ-7, 8 and 10 to rezone Parcels No. 1-18, 1-19A, 1-19B, 1-19C and the Remainder of 1-19 and 1-20-1 from R-1 (Residential — Low Density) to P (Public) and to grant a zoning use variance to Parcels No. 1-18, 1-19A, and 1-20-1, Estate Bovoni, Nos. 1 & 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to chapter 3, title 29 Virgin Islands Code, the Official Zoning Maps No. STZ-7, 8, and 10 for the island of St. Thomas, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 1-18, Estate Bovoni, consisting of 2.6446 U.S. acres, more or less, as shown on Public Work Drawing No. B9-498-T79 & C9-313-T88; Parcels No. 1-19A, 1-19B and 1-19C Estate Bovoni, consisting of more or less of 2.028, 1.002 and 1.002 U.
