Learn why this is important In regards to the Rosendhl #4 planned AC Development hearing held on 3/24/25, my concern with the project is the traffic on the 3 way corner at the end of Rosendahl road. It's the corner just above Brooks Bar. That dangerous corner has accidents just about every other week because it is narrow and visibility of approaching vehicles is non existent. For that reason and other reasons such as heavy traffic presently on Magens Bay road | do not approve this project.
