Members of the operation stopped a vehicle in the area after observing traffic violations. Contact was made with the driver who did not have a valid driver’s license to operate a vehicle in the U.S. Virgin Islands. A K-9 unit present on the traffic stop alerted officers that there were drugs in the vehicle. A duffle bag in the vehicle was detected by the K-9 unit, it was discovered with large amounts of packaged narcotics (cocaine). …

Calis Sewer, age 24, and Javier Francisco Pimentel Feliciano, age 56, were placed under arrest and charged with possession of illegal narcotics with intent to distribute and trafficking narcotics. Bail was set at $125,000.00. Both men were remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending their Advice of Rights Hearing. ###
