Nw BILL NO. 30-0183 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for Plots Remainder of Matricular No. 1, Remainder of Matricular No. 15 and Matricular No. 16-B Estate Coakley Bay, East End A and B Quarters, St. Croix, from R-1 (Residential - Low Density) to a Planned Area Development ---Q--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, subchapter 1, section 238 of the Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map SCZ-12 for the Island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plots Remainder of Matricular No. 1, Remainder of Matricular No. 15 and Matricular No. 16-B Estate Coakley Bay, East End A and B Quarters, St. Croix, consisting of 170 U.S. acres, from R-1 (Residential - Low Density) to a Planned Area Development Parcel.
