Notwithstanding 33 V.LC. §3057, the following sums, or so much of them as may be necessary, are appropriated from the “St. John Capital Improvement Fund” for operating expenses, including the maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Department of Public Works and the Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2007, through September 30, 2008. The sums appropriated remain available until expended. …
