Bell into custody while at the Alexander Farrelly Justice Complex pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands pertaining to the incident that occurred on March 16, 2023, at Cyril E. King Airport. Bell was charged with Unauthorize Possession of a Firearm, Failing to Report Firearm, Aiding & Abetting (Importation of Firearm without a License), Conspiracy (Importation of Firearms without a License). Bail was set at $100,000.00. …
