THOMAS, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT #38 MARCH 1995 WORK COMPLETED DURING PREVIOUS MONTH Submitted Draft Feasibility Study (FS) Report to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and to Potentially Responsible Party (PRP) Committee on March 10, 1995. Submitted final revisions to Draft Final Phase II Remedial Investigation (Rl) Report to USEPA. Changes to text and tables included the addition of sample data collected on December 7, 1994 by Weston Major Programs Divisions (Weston) at the Curriculum Center and O'Henry Dry Cleaners. Assisted USEPA in preparation for the public availability meeting to be held in St. Thomas scheduled for April 18, 1995 to discuss the Draft Final Rl and Draft FS. Coordinated the transportation and disposal of sixty 55-gallon drums at Bovoni Landfill on March 29, 1995. The drums contained soil and rock cuttings from borings and wells installed during the Phase II Rl. WORK TO BE COMPLETED DURING NEXT MONTH Submit Final Phase II Rl Report to USEPA.
