Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 27, section 719, subsection (b) is 2 amended in the following instances by: 3 (1) inserting “active” before “member”; 4 (2) striking “and annuitant by U.S. mail”; 5 (3) striking “the benefits or”; and 6 (4) adding a sentence at the end of the subsection to read as follows: “The member has 7 the option to select to receive the annual statement by U.S. mail or by electronic means.” 8 BILL SUMMARY 9 This bill amends 3 V.I.C. …
